September 2025 – Is God Leading You?
John 12:26 – If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be…The key in this text is within the first couple words of the verse which says, “if a man is serving me, let him follow me.” Oftentimes what gets lost in this thing we call the Christian walk is the reality that the Lord must be leading, and if He’s leading we are going somewhere. I would like to challenge you today to look at your life and ask yourself “Where am I going?”
You have to know that God is up to something even if you don’t know what He’s up to. When God is leading us places, it keeps the vision alive and it keeps me searching and longing for more. When I have stopped following him, even though I may still be attending church, I begin to lose sight of His calling and His mission. That leads to complacency in the House of God and ultimately in my own relationship with the Lord.
My question today for you is, is God leading you? Are you close behind eagerly adapting to every step even when you are uncertain of where those steps will take you? Stay close to Him. Keep your vision alive and let the Lord do marvelous things in your life. Things that He has desired and purposed to do, and things that will allow God to be elevated so high in your life that people see him in every step you take. So, Is God leading you or are you walking alone?
