March 2026 – Forward in Faith
Forward in Faith- this should be our war cry for 2026. Not simply because we want to build an addition, not because we need to raise funds, but because the statement that it sends to our mission field that we are a church that’s moving FORWARD. Any time people see progress it speaks to their heart and God uses that progress to tug at them when they drive by. This new sanctuary will be sitting close to Route 6, and it will be impossible for people to ignore.
We want to make a statement to Ashtabula County that we continue to move FORWARD as a local assembly, and we need to make a statement to ourselves that we do so solely by FAITH and trust in the Lord. We will continue the march FORWARD. It’s how God intended His people to prosper. We can’t stand still, we can not be idle and we can’t obtain that which we have been promised unless we continue to press FORWARD.
This year our theme is FORWARD in FAITH, because we are taking a major step of faith and God has to be the author of our course. Our role is to step FORWARD in FAITH. God’s role is to just be God as He always is, and we will witness His mighty hand this year in ways that we have faithfully prayed. I pray that you will march FORWARD in FAITH with me in 2026. The best is yet to come!
